MANAGEMENTDEPARTMENT

The General Administration Department is the top of the company’s basic pyramid. It
undertakes general supervision of the company, draws up company policies, and presents
suggestions that continuously develop the company. It is also the department that makes
company decisions and permanent oversight.

LEGAL AFFAIRSDEPARTMENT

It is responsible for enacting the company’s internal regulations and local and external
contracts in conjunction with the general administration, development and public relations
according to the company’s policy, as well as any legal work related to the company and legal
consultations.

The Human Resources Department

It is responsible for the company’s employees; the highly qualified and experienced in their
field of work are hired after conducting interviews and tests with them according to the
advertised position. It takes care of all the company’s employees, conducting educational and
marketing courses to increase employee efficiency and ability, and undertaking recreationaland scientific trips.

MARKETINGDEPARTMENT

It is considered one of the most important departments, as it is responsible for developing
marketing plans and studying market and competitive products. It creates marketing
mechanisms to promote and sell products, in addition to visiting doctors, pharmacies,
hospitals, medical centers and medical clinics to target new customers. High annual goals are
achieved by developing strategic plans to increase sales in coordination with the company’s
sales department.

SALESDEPARTMENT

It is responsible for selling and distributing products according to the plan of marketing team,
and working at a joint mechanism with the marketing department in order to ensure achieving
